I looked it up once. Number 13 has posted it.
It refers over and over to laws already on the books and changes made to them. It would take a Philadelphia Lawyer a week to look up all the references and decide what was changed and how it was changed.
In other words it is written in Lawyerlese so that you and I cannot understand it.
Basically it outlaws a mess of guns in October, and stops a lot of people from buying guns without telling their life history.
The only good part is that veterans are let off the hook mostly.
Read/skimmed it. Jesus, what a mess. Looks like I can keep what I’ve already got. Need some official ruling on what if any I need to register, and do I need to take any of the “safety” courses if I’m not getting any more guns.
This is why I’m looking for an “official” summary or FAQ.
And if they challenge this mess in court and can delay it for a couple years I’ll be gone.
