Congress passed a law in 2002 dictating that Americans living in Jerusalem could label their children’s birthplace “Israel,” but the State Department has refused to enforce that law for over a decade.

And we have elections for what reason?

And yet one cliche that I see periodically on this board is, "elections have consequences."

Elections do have consequences. My comment is more in line with Levin saying we should not allow ourselves to be rules by lawyers in black robes.
