Yeah, agreed.
We live in Ancient Rome.
I find myself rooting for the fire these days.

She’s proven she’s qualified to work at POLITICO.
Then she can move up to a media job that’ll actually pay her for whoring for the Dems.

You’re right, but the scandal broke in his first term and the democrats that sent him back to the White House didn’t give a damn. He raped two or three women in the White House. He sold nuclear secrets to the Chinese for campaign case. Bush knew and did not bring charges against him. He pardoned lowlife drug dealers his last day in office and once again Bush didn’t give a damn.

If ever there were a parody song practically screaming out to be written, it would be "Carlos Danger Man" to the tune of
SECRET AGENT MAN.

Cmon, people! Weiner would if given the chance.
To: Standing Wolf
This will probably do nothing to hurt his chances - the NY Dem vote is a collection of star-struck morons. (I was going to call them hillbillies, but that would be an insult to hillbillies.)

This raises the question of the connection between Politico and Democratic politicians. If it is true that he could have gotten her a job at Politico, what does that say about the ethics of Politico?
To: cicero2k
"The message to me is that he has influence at Politico."
To me that is the key question here, and most have missed it. Can Weiner in particular - or Dem politicians in general - simply make a call to Politico and get their mistress a job, regardless of qualifications? Or was Weiner just bluffing to get into her panties?
