Saw this coming from a mile away, once the Supreme Court essentially ruled in the Prop 8 case that ANY opposition to gay rights or gay marriage is based on bigotry and therefore irrelevant it opened the door for every liberal Federal Court Judge in the nation to do their best to stretch that ruling as far as they can if for no other reason than to get another case before the Supreme Court as fast as possible to achieve their ultimate goal of having the court pull another imaginary constitutional right out of their orifice (ala abortion). Then gay marriage will be the law of the land and it won't matter if your states constitution forbids it and 80% of the public opposes it.
