I propose that all of Congress take an IQ test and anyone below average get retired immediately. That should empty the halls.
It was posted today on Free Republic... the average IQ in America has fallen to 85. I know a lot of really smart people... I am no dummy myself... there are many smart Americans... we see them in the Military, industry and science. Not all of course but we have some truly gifted people. THAT in itself tells us that someone is bringing down that average with some genuine chin drooling mental capacities. 2/3 of DC fit that description.
