Follow the money; First Energy is the BIG utility lobbyist, caused the 2003 Midwest Blackout with incompetence, but donates and buys favorable legislation to make their CEI a multi-million-dollar bonus EVERY YEAR. They just pass costs to consumers and claim "Regulatory Costs went up", and that way, they eliminate jobs, raise prices, and the bottom-line is NEVER impacted.

That's the way government works today. Yet, the Unions do the money-laundering to the DNC, and then the Union labor is laid off, while the businesses PUSH Amnesty, to lower their costs.
