I suspect the class of drones they are talking about shooting down are not subject to FAA jurisdiction.
Is the FAA going to try to regulate trap shoots?

The correct answer to the Feds is, YOU need a permit to fly your Drone, and a search weren’t to boot.
The County / State needs to say we pass regulations that we deem legal just like the Feds do, our state, our rules. Go pound Sand
