As if the ‘Rats and RINOs aren’t just two wings of same The Party of Government.
Two-stage, nationwide primaries. Closed primaries. Two positions voted for in each primary - First Choice for POTUS and Second Choice for POTUS (second choice not same as first). Prune the candidate list based on number of first and second choice ballots, obviously weighing Firsts higher than Seconds. None of this squeaking first past the pole in a crowded field for the final nomination.Institute a system for maximizing the likelihood of winning the median electoral vote, subject to veto by the most reliable states.
Possibly do that by giving “Texas” voters a negative vote against candidates, and “Ohio” voters a positive vote? Just thinking “out loud."
