In the executive order, Obama cites Obamacare as being the vehicle for the collection of your blood sample/ DNA.
And look at section 3– all these agencies will get in the act:
DOJ, Dept of Labor, HUD, VA, OMB and others as needed.
They gotta put something in that big database facility in Utah...
They already have DNA samples from every kid born since the late 90’s. Under the guise of testing for inborn errors of metabolism.
Except those samples were retained after those tests were completed. Because they might need to rerun the test or something. Because they’d never be able to get a new sample.
