It’s got nothing to do with medical care and everything to do with establishing a national database of our DNA.

The more things change ...

More and more doctors are switching to a "concierge" no-insurance/fee-for-service only practice model. http://www.forbes.com/sites/paulhsieh/2013/03/27/is-concierge-medicine-the-correct-choice-for-you/

Previous gov't efforts to "fix" out-of-control healthcare costs have resulted in an increasing shortage of doctors. Why would doctors who are as busy as they want to be want to deal with insurance company and Obamacare paperwork if they don't have to?

The Obama voters will be taken care of by Obamacare-approved physician-extenders or nurse practitioners who will check the boxes to get them their free HIV testing.
