This moron doesn’t even know what he’s talking about. SYG laws do no such thing. You still have to be in legitimate, reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury. Under SYG you just can’t be second-guessed about whether you should have rolled down the embankment and run across five lanes of interstate before using force.
The comments below the linked story are all from people who have the facts wrong and a axe to grind. There is no recognition of the fact that TM broke GZ nose (proven by defense pathologist) and hit his head at least 4 and probably 6 or more times against the concrete hard enough to split his skin. TM was reported by several witnesses to have left the scene and came back to confront GZ. How these logically challenged folks still bellow about GZ ambushing and shooting a black child I just don’t get. All emotion and no reasoning ability. This is at the door of all the people who stoked entitlement and racial hatred to use blacks as a tool for power. The big O is right there with his beer summit and false sympathy. Race relations are worse than before the civil rights movement but true discrimination hampering blacks is nonexistent. The reverse is very real though. We need to get America back on track for all Americans!
