Sounds to me like you are bashing the Republicans who are trying to do the right thing. They are working to get the truth out and determine if there are “higher ups” who committed any crimes.
Several times now Issa seemed on the cusp of bringing down the administration, only to see the issue evaporate. I back his efforts and wish him success, but am starting to wonder if he’s playing the role of Emmanuel Goldstein (the government-fabricated enemy of the state in “1984”).

Release the Barrett Report!!!
The Barrett Report was the result of a special prosecutor investigation of IRS abuses during the Clinton administration. Democrats AND Republicans succeeded in having it sealed from public scrutiny. ANY member of Congress can effectively release it by simply having it read into the Congressional Record. To date no Democrat (no surprise) nor ANY Republican has stepped forward to have it read into the record. Why?
By now, it is almost forgotten, even by most Freepers.
