Actually, establishing this may help with any civil claim. If Martin was buying the ingredients for “lean”, that may help explain why he responded to Zimmerman in the way he did, especially if he also bought “blunts” at the same time.

Although Zimmerman did not use the SYG defense, The SYG law in Fla says he cannot be tried in a civil court now that he has been acquitted.

Wait, what civil claim. They said Florida law prohibits a civil case against someone acquitted for self defense. Was that a lie?

Is there any proof that he was buying blunts? Why not just say he was buying tactical nukes and bioweapons to kill every person in the United States? As long a no proof is required.
