Can I be honest?
Is the president not responsible for those in the federal government? Why has Obama not had to guts to resign in face of multiple damaging national historic scandals. Scandals so corrupt and so bad, people have actually died.
It make ya wonder why the honorable, if there are any left in government, have not forcible removed him from office.

Nope. He told us himself that it's just too big for him to fully oversee. Oh, and we should make it bigger, too.
Please. If he was the head of any business, his shareholders would have kicked his ass out a LONG time ago...if not for the self-confessed ineptitude IE: “I found out from the papers”, let alone for the scandals under his watch.
