How about a legislature that declared half the population criminal because they prefer herb to ethanol or that declared half the population terrorist?

The fact that a rogue sheep dog is far more dangerous to society than a wolf is a strong argument...

It's the reason our outrage was justified over the IRS and FBI targeting private citizens because they're conservative.
