Wyoming is small enough that, if there is a Ted Cruz or a Rand Paul available to run, he could possibly win in a three way race against two establishment Republicans. Whoever wins the GOP primary in Wyoming will win the general election. Liberals are a decided minority and can only be found in significant numbers in Laramie or Jackson Hole. Minorities are truly such in the Cowboy State.
