After decades of endless grievance and special favors like welfare and affirmative action, they pretty much run the cities they live in and poverty, violence, deplorable education systems decaying infrastructure are worse than they have ever been. That has GOT to be some creepy-ass crackas fault.

Name the city in the US or country in Africa that improved and prospered after blacks assumed power and control.
