I read on another site, the night that Martin attacked Zimmerman, it was 3:00AM and that Martin had a backpack full
of burglary tools but this evidence could not be admitted to the trial. Do you know, if this is true?

I believe that did happen——several months earlier.

Trayvon’s shady bgrnd could not be brought up at Zim’s trial...but it can be presented at a civil rights action..... should it go forward.

There is no evidence to date of Zimmerman having racist views.
