I'd pray that The Bald-Headed Dude would have run that child abuse charge out at the beginning of the trial and that he would have handed over ALL of the exculpatory discovery in a timely fashion as legal ethics (oxymoronic as that term any be) outline.

I had a prosecutor withhold evidence on a case that involved a family member. It was ugly but luckily the cops screwed up so the family had all the evidence and the lawyer knew what to demand to see. They still denied having it and the day of the trial they found it. So the trial had to be rescheduled. And the evidence proved my family members innocence!
