I had a prosecutor withhold evidence on a case that involved a family member. It was ugly but luckily the cops screwed up so the family had all the evidence and the lawyer knew what to demand to see. They still denied having it and the day of the trial they found it. So the trial had to be rescheduled. And the evidence proved my family members innocence!
He’s a real tough guy. I wonder if he would have let himself be killed by Trayvon just to prove he wasn’t racist.

Rather than prayer in this case—pun intended—perhaps you should have done more case preparation. You prosecutors looked like fools and tools. You wanted Zimmerman to bail you out. I think that is prima facie that you didn’t have the proof in your case.

We now have a higher percentage of people “educated” at the college level than ever before, yet the level of real, genuine intelligence is probably at the lowest point in our history.
Do the majority of Americans even have an atom of independent thought, self reliance or self preservation DNA left in their make-up?

If the Stuff really ever does Hit The Fan in the USA most of the population will probably die of hunger and thirst waiting for their FEMA bottled water and MREs to be delivered. Their last thoughts will be that republicans are somehow responsible for their helplessness.
It's a wonder if most of these people will even be able to figure out how to open up a can of soup with a pop-top ring before they expire of hunger.
