Good, I hope between the State of Florida and NBC that he never has to work a day of his life.

George Zimmerman was offered up as a sacrifice to the mob, there is no other way to describe the situation.

I think the un-flappable O'Mara should have a quiet coffee with Angela Corey...

And if she can't quietly find a way to make some things right:

(1) To compensate GZ for the costs of representation and necessary legal experts...
...and..
(2) To defuse all the racialist-hype and low-info thug-threats from the likes of NBPP & Malik ""B@d@zz" Shabazz

--THEN--
Just haul her fat-@$$ into back into court and make an extraordinary spectacle of her disbarment...

Justice would have Corey and the bald-headed dude disbarred, Gov. Scott issued a reprimand and precluded from running again. The former Sanford CoP reinstated and the IT guy reinstated.

Some compensation from the pensions of Corey, BHD and Scott to Zim would be justice too.

FLORIDA FREEPERS and Freepers everywhere,

I received this link from this morning. Rich let me know he posted the following on WatchDogWire.
http://www.watchdogwire.com/florida/2013/07/15/zimmerman-aftershock-nbc-lawsuit-investigation-of-special-prosecutor-Angela-corey/

I noticed he posted my words next to Angela Corey's picture requesting Florida citizens contact Governor Scott concerning Corey's actions in the George Zimmerman case. My fight to bring out the truth will continue and I hope you all will join me!

If you are not already aware, please know that the Obama/Holder Administration, Liberal Media race baiters are NOT GIVING UP in their efforts to divide our country by continuing to make this case a race issue! They are continuing to push their lies out to the American public in hopes that the thousands of uninformed Americans will remain uninformed, will believe the lies and continue to riot. They are continuing now to get the Holder DOJ to charge George Zimmerman with a hate crime. A hate crime and ALSO a gun issue!

Why would the Obama Administration do this?? Well, we heard Obama make his “calming statement” as follows:
“The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy. Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America. I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher. But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken. I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son. And as we do, we should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to widen the circle of compassion and understanding in our own communities. We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin.”

Yes, George had a had a gun and a permit to carry a gun. A gun that Obama wishes George Zimmerman did NOT have because Obama Administration believes American citizens should not have guns. I am sure those against the 2nd Amendment will do everything they can to also make the George Zimmerman case a gun issue!

Let's think about what would have happened if George Zimmerman did not have a permit to carry a gun and did not have one the night Trayvon Martin attacked him. More than likely George would have been killed by Trayvon Martin. After all Trayvon Martin was 6'2 170 lbs and was continuing to beat up George. And, of course, Travon “could have” had his illegal gun on him. Trayvon did not have a gun on him that night, but we know he had guns with NO PERMIT because he posted pictures of himself holding a gun on the internet and texted messages on his phone to friends about selling guns. Yes, these are facts State Attorney Angela Cory worked to KEEP from the Judge, and when these facts were brought to light, Judge Nelson refused to allow it entered into evidence. Why? Because she said she could not be sure Trayvon’s posts of his pictures on line and his text messages from his phone were really done by Travon himself!! So the Jury did not see or hear anything about Trayvon’s negative background but they STILL found George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY. That George Zimmerman acted in self defense.

Now George Zimmerman faces still more time in court facing more charges that are completely baseless. Charges brought by Holder's DOJ!!! Governor Scott can put a stop to this travesty by ordering an investigation into the actions of State Attorney Angela Cory concerning the George Zimmerman case!

If you stand on the side of truth and justice, you will email and call Governor Scott and get everyone you know to do the same. Request an immediate investigation into State Attorney Angela Corey's actions!

Zimmerman faced Goliath and won...now he will face the BEAST...a warrior has been made and tested in battle, I’ll be rooting for him as opposed to those who will be rioting against him.

Everyone needs to realize this is not an exception for how our court system works. I can reasonably assume this type of behavior was not the first time for this prosecutor, nor this judge. This was the first time the world got to witness how they play “the game”, and it continues to go on in a huge number of courtrooms today.

Maybe that’s why the state kept asking questions about how much defense witnesses were paid.

They were worried about potential payout.

Off hand, I see three plausible theories: (1) that the prosecution was made in bad faith or was vindictive in nature; (2) that it was motivated by impermissible racial considerations; or (3), that the prosecutors engaged in conduct in regard to the trail that impaired Zimmerman's ability to fairly present his case.

The applicable law is complex though and such claims are difficult to pursue and collect on. Nevertheless, there is enough in Zimmerman's favor that he ought to be able to take such a case to federal court as a civil rights claim.

There is reason to think that the prosecutors anticipated that they could be vulnerable to such a suit from Zimmerman. Although arguing vigorously for conviction, they put into evidence facts and testimony that worked strongly in Zimmerman's favor. Thus they will be able to argue in their defense that their conduct as to argument was absolutely immune as a matter of law and that they did not withhold essential facts from the jury, a tactic that does not carry such high quality immunity.

Time for O’Mara and West to get their payday. Time for Zimmerman to be made whole from the damages he received.
