This happened not far from where I conduct my small business. Feral youths beat a man within inches of his life and they get off with kind probation and house arrest. They wouldn't want to scar "the children" by sending them to jail, let alone juvenile detention. These "teens" have all admitted to their guilt over the incident and now look what happens.

In a situtation like this the names and pictures of the teens - after they have been tried and convicted - should be published. I do not understand why teens that commit such horrible crimes like this should be protected from having their identies revealed.

Amen! I'm of the opinion there should be a National Crime channel on the TV. It should report all crimes across the U.S. and show pictures of the arrested.

I recall reading the program, 'The First 48' came under fire because an overwhelming majority of the perps were black. The producers responded they went out of their way to bring forward white killers for contrast but in the areas they filmed, it just wasn't possible.

The truth must be told, no matter how uncomfortable for some it may be.
