This reminds me of the indoctrination of Palestinian children against the Jews. This boy's fine parents are preparing him for a lifetime of racial grievance. The child is literally being taught that whites have been given carte blanche to hunt down blacks in hoodies, and will no doubt cause him untold psychological trauma pondering whether he will be the "next victim" of the roving bands of white executioners.
