File a suit against the Martins, yes. Win it, highly unlikely.
The reason is that he would have to show that the Martins harmed him. I know some will think of slander but I have not seen any comments by the Martins (other organizations not withstanding) that would rise to meet the requirement of slander.
IOW, I believe the lawyer has kept them on a short leash for a reason.
I would LOVE to see that happen, and then for all the suppressed evidence & overulings by the dyke judge Debra Nelson to be entered into a civil suit against the Martins!
