Don’t be distracted. The Federal government is going to use sleight of hand, to keep our attention focussed on riots and demonstrations like the ones in Oakland, San Francisco and elsewhere, to try and give Boehner and Cantor breathing room to force amnesty for illegal aliens down our throats. DON’T LET THEM DO THIS!!

"Zimmerman’s been mentoring young black kids for years so they’re going to have a difficult time proving this...additionally the FBI already investigated and said there was nothing indicating he was even remotely racist.....he also assisted a black man who was beaten up by a white kid."

Yup, that is the "racist" Zimmerman's history. Plus, I read somewhere that he dated a black woman. Don't know if that is true, but his history shows NO intent of racism. The DoJ can try for a "racist hate crime", but it will go nowhere because of the FBI's report of no racial intent.

As for a "civil rights crime", they can massage the US statute that I read, but that will be extremely hard to prove also, since he was the one getting pummeled on the ground. I believe the DOJ will do nothing but huff and puff and Carney will keep parroting the dim talking points, but nothing will happen and it fades out.

As far as a "wrongful death" civil lawsuit against Zimmerman, watching the Martin lawyer side-step questions and after reading the Florida statutes, that will be thrown out of court as soon as it is filed. They have nothing, but they may try.

As for George Zimmerman, an upstanding citizen who wanted to protect his neighborhood, his future is in question.

If they do press this...then they will also have no choice but to have revealed Travon Martins history...all those tweets with photos and the language he used....the thefts and being kicked out of school, his drug use etc...not to mention those involved.......his thuggery will be laid bare.

I would not be surprised if his mother had NO objection to this being revealed...she can keep the revenue flowing to all the organizations and drives she now panders for.....and those who gain from them will be only to happy to accomodate her.

Barack excels at this. British common law is what, a thousand years old. The Magna Carta is pushing 800 years. Business law (including things like the priority of bond holder rights) must be close to 400 years old. But Barack is far wiser, far smarter than the collective wisdom that dates back across the centuries. He aims to wipe all of this “nonsense” out. Mark my words.

Right now I'm watching a protest march through Hollywood, CA. So far no violence. As I posted in another thread, I think that because the evidence was so obvious for Zimmerman, they really don't want to go full-scale riot mode. Gives me some hope.

Don't know why California is experiencing most of the problems, but do hope the Korean store owners are ready to man their roofs with their rifles. I get tickled every time I see that photo from the Rodney King/LA riots. That particular neighborhood of Korean store owners was untouched by the mob. Haha.

Plus, even the low-info people have seen reports on the MSM of the increase in weapons sales. It's entirely possible they are starting to understand the fact that a large percentage of the populace is fed up with riots and wannabe thugs like Martin. Personally, I'm okay with their demonstrations, but I'm also okay if they are fearful. We'll see in the next days...

“I think that 0dumb0shit & Holder want to throw this threat out there, in order to harass & intimidate not only GZ, but the jurors as well.”

/

This is pretty much a sure thing. Who in the heck wants to be under a constant Federal investigation. When will this case finally close? This is such an outrage, the media has picked right back up where it was 15 months ago in fanning the flames to get GZ in jail some way. The fact they keep hanging around the streets with a million cameras basically begging for protesters to show and perform, to beating the drum of civil rights charges being filed.

It’s ENOUGH already.

I would like to thank the RINO elder Bush for indicting the officers (for violating civil rights)who had been aquitted for the Rodney King beat down. He set a precedent for thumbing his nose to our double jeopardy laws( the Fifth Amendment ) and giving Holder the impetus to indict Zimmerman.

Stay Out The BUSHES!

The Supreme Soviet will decide this case, not some local jury made up of illiterate, uneducated dopes.

CA is experiencing problems bc it is one of the few places where citizens are not armed.

Not armed=mob rule

Amen. I don’t have much to spare but I would donate what I can and join whatever event gets organized because this is bigger than just one man now.

I'm glad that other people like you see it and don't allow themselves to be distracted!

Dan Abrams already said this case will go NO WHERE..its a total waste of time and they know it

Of course they know it, but such posturing only serves to whip up even more racist hatred by the parasite base of the Demonicrat Party. I'm convinced that this is their campaign issue going into 2014.

I recently received a federal jury questionaire from the Central District of Florida. Would it not be wonderful if I ended up on some trumped up civil trial of GZ. This might be one of the few times in history a juror was found guilty of contempt of court by asking questions like: why are we here????

Too bad they aren’t this hard on the Muzzie Boston bomber who, ya know, murdered multiple innocent people with intentional malice and actual hate.

The federal investigation done earlier would have concluded with hate crime language added to the charges if they had found grounds
That is the only federal civil rights charge that can be held against an individual
OTOH Z will be able to file civil right charges against the state of FL and individually against each employee who took part in his malicious prosecution. That’s why the whistle blower with the cell phone material ce forward. He didn’t want to be part of the charge

The legitimate purpose of government is to protect the citizens from criminals and or foreign invaders. Inevitably the government usurps the function of the criminal and becomes a greater danger to the citizens than the criminal could ever be. The number of people robbed and or killed by non-government criminals is miniscule in comparison to the theft and slaughter committed by government but somehow people keep forgetting this. The kind of people you want to have as a next door neighbor almost never seek office. The office seekers are mainly those who seek to enrich and empower themselves at your expense. We live in very dangerous times.

Interesting...but as mentioned I don't follow this closely...rather at pivotal points to at least know how Zimmerman is fairing.

It is one of the most disturbing trials I've known and am very concerned for Zimmerman and his family....this is shameful to our country for all that's being done to this family!

I am convinced fully this is another moment for the black community to rise up like they have when any black person was made a “victim” ...”by the media”....only in this case OBOZO and politicians have made this a political issue as well.

It's certainly looking like this is a OBOzO planned and orchestrated affair in every sense of the word....and they are going to ride this debacle until it completely ruins the Zimmerman family....while inciting all the black outrage we are “once again” seeing rise from the ashes.

Oakland and LA are generally always ready and willing to rise up over anything that's been “media pushed...they love to get on the bandwagon IMO...and there are plenty deranged and twisted thinkers in both those communities.

Waiting for justice in the Fast and Furious, IRSS, Benghazi, etc cases. Lying liars in the government targeting innocent men, women, children, and ambassadors.
