Suppose Trayvon is not shot but seriously injures Zimmerman and is arrested and charged with aggravated battery (a felony). Given the violence with which he attacked Zimmerman, does anyone in their right mind think this kid wouldn’t be charged as an adult?!?!?
HELL YES HE WOULD HAVE! SO QUIT CALLING HIM A “CHILD!” He was old enough, big enough, and strong enough to attack Zimmerman, break his nose with a single punch, and cause GZ to fear for his safety!

Yes you can, you can kill any teenager who is sitting on top of you bashing your head into the concrete after they have already smashed your face in.
Please have a meeting with Cristina Silva, find out if she actually wrote what it is said that she wrote ("So, we can all kill teenagers now?") and fire her.
If you fail to act on what this incompetent, irresponsible reporter has written, you are complicit in the violence that will result from these kinds of statements. You are legally liable since she works for your organization for what she says/writes publicly.
Just because a teenager is black (or not black for that matter) and robs, beats, tries to kill someone, or breaks into private property, that does not give that teenager protection or immunity from being shot to death by the victim. If teenagers listen to the false words of some of the foolish people talking now and decide they have immunity from death and a right to do whatever they please, they will find themselves in the exact same situation as Trayvon.
It appears that many in the black community now believe that true justice is as follows:
If someone is black, they can do whatever they please and say whatever they want and will suffer no consequences.
If someone is Anglo or even Hispanic, (s)he must follow all laws to the letter and can also be punished for suggesting correction for improper behavior from anyone or inflicting harm/death on anyone attacking them.
This is a recipe for disaster.
Nope. but you can defend yourself against teenagers or anyone else that ambushes you, and begins to smash your face in and mount you and start pummeling you if you believe your life is in danger or that you’ll be permanently injured.
And of course you liberals can keep aborting your babies before they ever see the light of day or take a breath.
