A lie detector test should be a first requirement on all such cases of she said - he said. Just the threat of it might be enough to minimize this BS. False accusations should lead to the same sentence applied to accusers as to those they falsely accuse.
It reminds me of the infamous “Psycho Ex-Girlfriend” website, that features mp3s of voice mails left on the ex-boyfriend’s answering machine.

If false accusation wasn’t a major problem it wouldn’t be in the Ten Commandments.
If a woman is found to have lied about a rape accusation the punishment should be commensurate with that of what would have happened to the man had he committed the rape. That is the fair way to treat these pathological women that use their feminism to get revenge. If they want revenge that bad they should have to risk more than just a slap on the wrist for something that would have destroyed a man’s life and future.

Another tactic by ex-wives, girlfriends, ad nauseum: if she knows you have guns, claim “domestic violence” and have the police come and confiscate them - and probably ruin your background check info in the bargain. Revenge is sweet.
