Personally, I’m hoping the MOM has someone ready to deliver an immediate injunction, or whatever it is called to a judge on the Court of appeals for a Directed VOA or at the least a bond request for the appeals process.
That is if there is a Guilty verdict for either of the two charges. Personally I think there is no other verdict than “Not Guilty” to all charges.

Agree completely, except to add that a seemingly knowledgable poster earlier pointed out that even in case of a MISTRIAL it should be possible to appeal the denied VOA.
