My dad died in a Catholic hospice, and the six-week process was handled with compassion, grace and love. It was a comfort not only for him, but for my mom and I.

My family donates a fair amount to the church, and for once I felt like my money was being used for a good purpose.

This model should be used everywhere, by all denominations. And those who don’t belong to a denomination can go to the government hospice, where there’s no hint of religion. It will be like the DMV. Any problem here?
