What I see in this bill is that there will be many abortion mills closing, and thus the number of abortions being decreased.
And again, what is your plan? Surely you have some political plan to bring about a policy to slow or end abortion? How about making it so hard to do business that they cannot continue? That is partially what is in this bill.
