Except that you have no idea whether incrementalism saved 45 million. I doubt it has had much of an effect at all. Just like this bill will not have all that much of an effect. Women wanting an abortion will just do so prior to 20 weeks. Zero babies saved. Just like the U.S. Supreme Court upholding the partial birth abortion ban some years ago was not a pro-life victory and likely saved no lives. Instead, that decision was little more than a “how to” to achieve a late term abortion that bypassed the law.
