Sue the Bastards for firing him in retaliation for telling the truth. Can they even legally terminate him without giving him a chance to defend himself? The State Attorneys office in Florida seems to have a very big stink emanating from within it.
Unless he has a contract, Fla is a “At Will”( I think) state and you can terminated without cause.
That said seems she sighted the cause as be being a whistle blower ....

Florida is a right to work state. Any employee can be fired. It is good procedure to document the issues first. An employee meeting has always been mandatory where I’ve worked. The boss, usually in the presence of the HR manager, goes over the issues. You ask the employee to sign whatever comes out from that. Sometimes they do, sometimes they won’t. In which case the boss and the HR manager sign.

It started right after Rick Scott was elected ,,, he had Bondi , his AG , fire the only two investigators former AG McCollum had that were actually going after the banks for fraud and other illegal acts ... He just recently had a kangaroo court uphold those firings AFTER years of their findings coming out as true in various cases (filed by entities other than the Florida State AG).
