Filner is a serial loser. That the creep managed to get himself elected mayor is evidence that the city of San Diego is inhabited by fools.

A couple years ago some of his fellow RAT’s complained to the head of the RATs in SAn Diego that Filner was herassing women, but they were told to go away and endorse him..for the good of the party. They did, but now some new people are lodging complaints.
I met the guy socially before the election. He is a creepy ass white RAT. Really a nasty human being..others I know that know him say the same thing. He was the best thing the RATs could come up for the Mayor’s job..which probably now will be forever RAT because of creeping demographics.
The best thing we can hope for is that he hangs on as long as possible and makes it more possible that a good person can replace him..the other RAT possibilities are just as bad policy wise,,
