Unless I’m mistaken, he signed this several months ago. Or was that just when it was proposed? My kids are instructed to say “that’s none of your business, and not your job”. Oh, and a parent is always present. Not that it matters, their pediatrician would never ask it anyway.
I have trained my grandchildren not to say that because they are children and are required to speak respectfully to adults. I also tell them not to lie.
When asked by a doctor, teacher, etc. about firearms in the home, they are only allowed to say, "That's none of my business." And it's true, what other people know about their parents' and grandparents' firearms is not the children's business.
Saying, "it's none of my business" takes the pressure off the kids and pokes the nanny staters in the eye.
