here in the 0bama administration, we believe it’s always best to keep any prospective aggressive nations fully aware of our capabilities so they can properly direct their development and espionage efforts

i mean, why bother trying to turn agents or infiltrate the US when the defense department, under our direction, will send you a monthly newsletter complete with complimentary thumb drive.

hell, we’ve smacked that reset button and nowadays you can send your best scientists directly to our weapons labs so they can inspect the systems first hand.

i’m sure we’ll even send them home with a few souvenirs as a reminder of their trip.

It was launched from a B-1. You don’t hear much about that plane. Last time it was in the news we were bombing Christians in Serbia.
