Ok, so in Florida, it’s legal to change the indictment brought against you by the state when the state begins to realize that they are not going to be able to prove the original charge? So, Ok, let’s charge him with 3rd degree murder, Oh, no, how about Manslaughter?

Wouldn’t new charges demand a new trial? I pray to God that the jury just out and out acquits Zimmerman. This is unbelievable.

Its legal is many states to down grade murder charges to lower charges. 1st degree to 2nd, 2nd to manslaughter.
