I foggy here..let’s say 5 innocent and 1 for guilty...what then....help

In the mean-time, the Crackers of this coutry are held hostage to the terroist threats of Justice Department sponsored riots every weekend,
Then I guess you have a hung jury..but what I worry about is not the 2nd degree murder charge, I dont believe for a second he will be convicted of that, but what I fear is the jury, not knowing the law about what a manslaughter conviction will bring, but say “What the hell, let’s convict him of something” and think that manslaughter will bring him 4-5 years when in reality its the same sentence as 2nd degree murder
