The disruptions of an 11 Y/O giving birth are well known, and none of it good. If she could have fled to a hospital immediately after being raped then all the evidence would be there. In a sane world this rapist boyfriend would never see the light of day again.
One of the many troubles with contraceptives, sterilization, and abortion is that they all enable rapists to go on raping.
The availabiliy of pregnancy-ended drugs or abortion enables the entire constellation of "powers-that-be" --- including the girl's mother, the rapist-boyfriend, the "helping professions"-- to cover up abuse that goes on for years.
If this childbirth definitely gets this girl out of that situation for good, the baby might even save the young mother's life.
If the girl is at 14 weeks, there's no reason she wouldn't -- with normal pregnancy management -- have a perfectly normal birth.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not recommending pregnancy at 11. I'm just saying that young mothers are often at the very healthiest point of their lifetime. They are typically free of most of the pre-existing conditions which complicate older women's pregnancies --- hypertension, Type II Diabetes, cervical incompetence or pelvic floor prolapse from previous abortions, chronic liver or kidney disease, congestive heart conditions, obesity.
With competent medical support and good prenatal practices (including nutrition, childbirth education, and relaxation techniques) -- this brave girl and her baby should both be fine. God bless them both.
