Jencks Act material? I'm not an attorney, but in a federal prosecution, the jury would/should be instructed by the court that the omitted or missing material can be considered as being favorable to the defendant in the case.

Yeah, federally it falls under Jencks I believe also.

I know we call it the prosecution team but it is more like a whole Army verses some defense squad. There perhaps is no other crime going on in Jacksonville where they are all from?
