On a bright July day, some light even penetrates the Illinois Statehouse...(and unless you're Pat Quinn, you know where that is!)

So they legalised a small part of what the Second Amendment of the Constitution guarantees as the right of every legal citizen. It’s a start, I suppose. It makes me fume that these liars think they’ve done too much when they “grant” us part of our Constitutional rights.

Maryland may have a concealed Carry law, but just try to get a permit.

There aint any to be had.

It’s a joke.

Apply to the State Police and wait.————forever -—or get turned down. Either way your chances of getting hit by lightning are a lot better.

“I think he needs to learn how to count,” state Sen. Mike Jacobs, D-East Moline, said of Quinn. “Anyone who doesn’t understand that we’re going to run this bill over his objections doesn’t understand government.”

Congratulations Illinois!

Suck it Quinn. Jimmy Carter of Illinois, can’t get the heavily rat legislature to do what he wants.

Now that every state has at least some form of concealed carry, our battle, or war, switches to keeping our gains on concealed carry in each state, as well as to fixing laws in states like Maryland, which are concealed carry in letter but not in spirit.

I have problems with the bill, but is far better to have override Quinnochio than had his amendatory veto sustained. Would not have been allowed to carry more than 10 rounds, 1 gun and many places would have been off limits. Was at the statehouse after the house vote and before the senate vote. 2nd Amendment rights somewhat restored after 40+ years of denial in Illinois.

The IL Dems will likely file an emergency brief with the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the “Court” will put a Stay in place against the Veto override. It’ll be even more outrageous and comical than back in 2002 when they filled the NJ Senatorial Ballot! lol

.....Wouldn’t surprise me at all.... Well, maybe just a little.
