He's looking to the private sector
U.S. President Barack Obama said he wants a "smarter government" with a little help from the private sector yesterday.
When introducing the the “new management agenda” at the White House Monday, Obama told his Cabinet that he wants a high-technology and more user-friendly government. He feels that his campaign was the most technologically advanced to date, and that should lead to greater progress in the government's technology sector.
“We created one of the most inclusive and one of the most successful campaigns in American history,” Obama said. “Once we got to Washington, instead of an operation humming with the latest technology, I had to fight really hard just to keep my BlackBerry.”
To remedy this, Obama wants to build a "smarter, more innovative and more accountable government for its citizens” -- and he wants to do that by employing help from the private sector.

Obama beleives in “collective intelligence”.... Meaning you just add more pople to make things “smarter”....
But he forgot to divide by the number of people....
You increase the cumulative IQ (which is a meaningless number), but you De-crease the Average IQ.....
It now seems there is quite a lull in investigations of the many scandals.. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HEARINGS?? Has Issa been blackmailed into silence? Has anyone been fired yet? Crickets..

Obama has been a financial failure for the US Taxpayer with every Bill that he has signed into Federal Law.

I am convinced that this Prez is determined to plunder the entire economy of this country by finding ridiculous and imaginative ways spend all of it’s wealth before he leaves office. He is definitely not looking for ways to save money during this economic depression..... he only looks for more ways to spend it.
