With the NDAA, couldn’t the gov’t classify this guy as an enemy of the State or “terrorist”? This whole thing reeks. His car didn’t burst into flames because it hit the tree at a high speed. The damage to the car and tree demonstrates that. So what is the explanation for the engine ending up 150ft. down the road at a right angle to the vehicle?
Basically, this guy was murdered. It should help send a chilling effect on the very small percentage of real journalists left doing their jobs. Letting it be known that the gov’t is spying on journalists also helped send a chilling effect not only to journalists but their contacts as well.

Glenn Beck was talking on his radio show this morning about the Michael Hastings death.
