John Donnelly gave his deposition on May 9th; Here’s some foreshadowing from yesterday’s cross examination by BDLR regarding information they had that he was in court:
11:52:11 asked you what you were going to be testifying about? i dont believe... i dont remember being asked if i was going to be testified... didn’t want anything to do with the tape
11:52:34 last saturday on purpose listened to tape? yes sir. your honor, i have an issue... but we’ll discuss later
