I think you've identified a new market niche. But to make it as disconnected as Hitler's Fried Chicken, I would open a Tojo's Tamales shop.

I'm no restauranteur, so to anyone so willing—go for it!

...But here in Austin, I'm sure they would pronounce it "Toe-Hoe's" Tamales. I can see it, though: a post-modern Tojo caricature and the whole restaurant done in an "Imperial Flag" motif with red and white rays radiating everywhere from a big, red disk on the floor.
