I don't think even that will help. Those poor female jurors know what'll happen if they don't convict Mr. Zimmerman.

“very negative”, huh, according to the prosecution? That’s interesting that they would admit to seeing it that way.

Will the Marsupial Magistrate allow the jury to hear about the liver changes from Trayvon Martin’s abuse of “Purple Drank”?

I would think that pot would mellow him out. Now if they found any cocaine, meth, PCP, bath salts, etc. that would be a different story.
And yes, I think he’ll be convicted, the prosecution will tug on their heartstrings about this poor widdle boy and his grieving mom.
The best we can hope for is a hung jury.

I disagree that there will be riots if he is acquitted, but it is an entertaining thought for the reasons below.
Its not 1992 where a GOP POTUS is running for re-election.
Riots would reflect very poorly on Dems and Obama. He cant let that happen.
Instead expect peaceful marches and protests trying to revive the 1960s civil rights era, they can merge it with that Voting Rights Act decision.
"They take away our vote and our babies lives because of the color of our skin. We shall overcome.."
And expect Holder to prosecute Zimmerman on some Federal charges, hate crime or something. That is the way Dems do business.

The pot is interesting only because it shows Trayvon was a lawbreaker, but so are all of us with so many laws.
It doesn't increase aggression, but does increase paranoia. It's sort of a non-issue regarding the actual confrontation.
Overall, the state failed miserably in proving its case for murder. So much so, nobody's even going to bother to riot.

They will hear that Trayvon was a drug-addled African American criminal. Considering that more than half of America voted for someone like that, will it be considered a problem?

Judge Debra Nelson denied a motion by prosecutors on Monday to keep toxicology results showing THC in Martin's system from the jury, paving the way for Zimmerman's lawyers to argue the drug may have influenced the teen's behavior. A ruling in favor of the defense?
