Some poster above suggests that today’s rioter, equipped with good commo and recce with leadership involved, might hit malls and posh downtown areas. I think there is something to that. Rioters burning their own neighborhoods could be the result of poor planning and lack of effective leadership.
You are correct as far as looting, but I think the “mistakes” of the 1992 LA riots won’t be repeated.
Downtown. Maybe. Malls. Too long of a walk carrying “The Goods”
to their get-a-way vehicles or rent-a-mob bus.
