re you telling us that if you were in a similar circumstance, you should be convicted of murder?

The prosecution sure didn't prove its' case. That's what upsets me about the judges decision. She said they did.

Her career is over.

The judge did no such thing. Her ruling merely says that the state presented enough to meet a prima facie burden - nothing more, nothing less. Her ruling offers no opinion on what is to be inferred from the evidence which has been presented. The defense motion was SOP, as was the judges ruling.

my comment has zero to do with the case each side presented... juries do not always come away with the verdict accordingly... and i really do believe Zimmerman is going to be found guilty... i could be wrong...
