Ok if so declare our Southern Border a war zone, make it a no fly over, evacuate it from any civilians for quite some distance, have the Coast Guard patrol it and hire the Israeli's with a boat load of crews to build the same wall they use against their internal neighbors, and get all 1900+ miles done in 90 days....

I don't think so. On the one hand women tend to be much less inclined to take such drastic
measures and, on the other hand, when they do attack it is on a personal level that is incredibly deep. This is one of the fundamental differences between men and women: a man can get in a knock-down-drag-out fight with another guy... and then offer him a drink, I have never heard of the same with women.

The better question is what would happen if a general did it without specific orders to do so?
On the one hand he is sworn to the Constitution, which mandates protection from invasion, and any order contrary would therefore be illegal. But the politicians would not see it that way and would give every reason they could think of to condemn/discredit the action. [see here.]
