Laws only apply to the underclass, not to the ubermenschen, and even then, the laws apply only when it serves the narrative of the privileged class.

Not according to international law, it seems. The first sentence of the article recognizes the right of a 10 year old to sexually related services without parental consent.
I vaguely remember remember a scandal in Africa about 10 years ago involving sexual molestation of children by Do-Gooders of some kind.
