I have been Freeping since 2005. I have had this tussle over the 4th amendment over and over.

So if I seem to be picking a fight? I am.

I believe in small government, enumerated federal powers.

We live an an anti constitutional era. I find law and order conservatives to be mystifying. I just can’t understand the juxtaposition of small government, liberty, Natural Law and the acceptance of huge over funded Police Departments.

Law exists to protect the individual. Law exists to ensure that the stronger party cannot force the weaker party into subservience. Law exists to enforce contracts, and allow the pursuit of life liberty and happiness. I just can’t see how that squares with powerful ever present police with so many regs they could never fit them into the trunk of a police car.

I want weak government, strong individuals. Constitutional governance.

I believe most who read and post here are like-minded and agree with the ideology you outlined.

I don’t see the sense or the amusement of fighting everyone here, though.
